Matching powder-coated steel wall capping is provided to suit all coolroom panel thicknesses.
Pre-hung in their frames with dual fixing options, you can either face fix externally or use adjustable wind out lugs to fix through the frame rebate.
Manufactured with 0.8mm galvanised steel door skins and 1.4mm galvanised frames, the frames are fully welded. Four stainless steel ball bearing hinges hold the leaf in the frame.
Finished with a heavy-duty Surfmist white powder coat as standard, with the option to change the colour to any Colorbond colour.
The door leaf features internal steel reinforcements and 4 dog bolts (fixed locking points) at the hinge side for improved security.
Our double rebated frame and door profile creates 2 meeting points for superior sealing. This along with mineral wool insulation, achieves higher weatherproof and acoustic properties.
Supplied as standard with a flush lock handle, Dormakaba lever handle, knob or push bar.
FLUSH LOCK HANDLES AND PANIC BARS ARE PRE-INSTALLED. HARDWARE IS SENT LOOSE WHEN ORDERED WITH LEVER HANDLES OR KNOB SET TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
